Does “no commission” mean free software?
No. Reservum does not charge a software commission on each booking. Software, initial setup, any licence arrangement and support are agreed separately. Payment gateways, hosting and other external providers may charge their own fees.
Will Reservum work with every WordPress checkout?
Compatibility must be reviewed. The existing booking journey uses WordPress and WooCommerce with classic checkout. Checkout Blocks and specialist integrations are separate requirements to assess before agreeing delivery.
What should I send before a demo?
Your website, if you have one, the type of activity, availability rules and the number of participants you need to manage. Do not send passwords, payment details or customer records.
What happens after my enquiry?
We review the information and reply to your email. If we need more detail, we ask before defining the scope and quote; submitting the form does not start a purchase.
